Redline Rewards is DomTuned’s annual labor-discount loyalty program, designed for customers who commit early and consistently. Customers earn locked-in labor discounts for the remainder of the calendar year based on qualifying spend during the enrollment window.
This is not a points system.
This is real labor savings, earned up front.

Redline Rewards Terms & Conditions
By participating in the Redline Rewards Program, the customer agrees to the following terms:
1. Program Period
Redline Rewards enrollment runs annually from February 1st through April 30th. Purchases made outside this window do not qualify toward tier determination.
2. Tier Lock-In
The customer’s total qualifying spend as of April 30th determines their labor discount tier for the remainder of the calendar year (January 1st – December 31st). No additional purchases after April 30th will increase or modify tier level.
3. Qualifying Spend
Qualifying spend includes approved DomTuned purchases made during the enrollment window. DomTuned reserves the right to determine eligibility of purchases.
4. Labor-Only Discount
Redline Rewards discounts apply exclusively to DomTuned-performed labor. Discounts do not apply to:

Parts

Dyno rental
-
Third-party services
-
Outside labor
-
Taxes or fees
unless explicitly stated in writing.
5. No Retroactive Application
Discounts do not apply retroactively to invoices dated prior to enrollment, tier qualification, or program lock-in.
6. No Cash Value
Redline Rewards discounts:

Are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
7. Non-Transferability
Membership benefits are non-transferable and tied to the original customer account only.
8. Combination Restrictions
Redline Rewards discounts may not be combined with:

Special promotions

Event-specific discounts
unless approved in writing by DomTuned management.
9. Abuse & Misuse
Any abuse, misrepresentation, resale of discounted services, or attempt to manipulate the program may result in immediate removal from Redline Rewards without refund.
10. Program Changes
DomTuned reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Redline Rewards Program at any time, with or without notice.
